The Elements City Lofts, Greenville, SC: A proposed historic restoration project of one of West Greenville's textile warehouse buildings. The renovated warehouse will house approximately 60 loft-style apartments offering offering one and two bedroom floor pans, and many of the units will showcase the structure's original high ceilings and exposed brick walls. The restoration project will be designed and designated as an environmentally friendly, sustainable development and will be constructed to "LEED" specifications and employ solar panels for hot water heating and common area power.
Mary Leila Mill Lofts, Greensboro, GA: Proposed historic restoration of the Mary Leila textile mill near Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia will produce a mixed-use development with retail, commercial, and residential rental units.

MULTI-FAMILY PROJECTS
Stone Bluff Condominiums, Waterfront on Lake Norman, NC: 60 unit development on Lake Norman won a "Best in the State" award for a Multi-Family project. The Moorings, Waterfront on Lake Norman, NC: 36 unit development on Lake Norman won a "Best in the State" award for a Multi-Family project. Davidson Landing, Lake Norman, NC: Two and three bedroom waterfront condos and town homes. Community amenities include boat slips, boardwalk and gazebos, swimming pool, walking trails, tennis courts. Vineyard Point, Lake Norman, NC: A lake front 42 unit condominium and town home development on Lake Norman. Community amenities include a marina with boat slips, boat deck, tennis courts and swimming pools. Silver Quay, Lake Norman, NC: Silver Quay is a community of 60 town homes located on a 10 acre site on a cove on Lake Norman. The goal of the development team was to provide an affordable residential town home community with water access and boat slips. The town homes themselves, though relatively small at 1,200 to 1,500 square feet, are very unique. Winner of the "Best In America Living" Award presented by the National Association of Homebuildes. Edinburgh Square, Cornelius, NC: Edinburgh Square is a town home development in the North Carolina Lake Country. The town home cottages of feature two or three bedrooms, first floor master suites, gas fireplace and single car garage. Community amenities include the English Gardens complete with potting shed, a pool and clubhouse, fitness trails and two man-made lakes.

SINGLE-FAMILY PROJECTS Hudson Place, Davidson, NC: Hudson Place is a subdivision of 32 custom home sites located only 25 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Preston at the Lake, Lake Norman, NC: A private, gated community of 43 courtyard homes at Lake Norman, the small and intimate Preston at the Lake is meant to provoke feelings of privacy and seclusion. Home exteriors feature subtle Southwestern architectural details and private courtyards complete with wrought iron entry gates, while interior appointments showcase interesting details at every turn as well as carefully planned living spaces. Grove Arcade, Asheville, NC: Development Management for the restoration and extensive renovation of the historic Grove Arcade building. Mitchell House, Thomasville, GA: The renovation the Historic Mitchell House Hotel in Thomasville produced the first condominiums in the downtown area. The beautifully restored Mitchell House is now a mixed-use building offering 11 street level retail spaces and 30 condominium units in the heart of Thomasville's award-winning downtown.
