Jerry Gilley, President: Founder and CEO, Jerry Gilley is a respected expert in the construction industry. His range and depth of skills and construction knowledge place him among the nation’s most distinguished developers. Jerry’s reputation as a master craftsman has been earned from 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has personally directed the completion of over 2,500 multifamily units, 900 single family homes ranging from $100,000 to $3.5 million and commercial/historic building projects valued at $2.5 - $35 million. At the time, the $35 million Grove Arcade Public Market in Asheville, NC was the largest commercial historic restoration project in the nation.
His credentials include: designation as “Graduate Master Builder” by the National Association of Homebuilders, former state director and national delegate of the North Carolina Association of Homebuilders, and former director of the Lake Norman, NCHBA.
As an avid supporter of environmental preservation, Jerry was appointed to a state committee charged with establishing erosion control standards for North Carolina. The standards were adopted by the NC legislature in the mid 1980’s and remain intact today.
